Privacy Policy

In short: I collect only what you type into the download and contact forms, use it only for the reason you gave it, never sell or share it, and delete it whenever you ask. This site uses no cookies and no advertising trackers; it only counts visits anonymously.

Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Hiraa Nachwani, an individual based in India. I am responsible for (the "controller" of) the personal data collected here. For any privacy question or request, email hiraa.nachwani@gmail.com.

What I collect, and why

When you download a product

• Your email address and which product you downloaded, so I know how many people use each resource.
• Whether you ticked "Email me when the bundle gets updated". I only ever email you if you ticked it, and only about updates to that product.
• How many times you downloaded it and when (first and latest date).
• Your country (for example "IN" or "GB"), worked out by my hosting provider from your connection. Your IP address itself is not stored.

When you send an enquiry

• Your name, email address, topic and message, so I can read and reply to it.
• Your country and the date, and whether I have replied yet.

What I do not collect

No cookies, no advertising or social-media trackers, and no account or password. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records which pages are viewed, how fast they load and roughly where visitors are, without cookies, without storing your IP address and without identifying you.

Legal basis

• Downloads: my legitimate interest in knowing who uses my free resources, which you can object to at any time.
• Update emails: your consent (the checkbox), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Enquiries: to respond to your request, at your initiative.

How long I keep it

• Download records: 24 months after your most recent download, then deleted.
• Update-email consent: until you withdraw it, or the product is retired.
• Enquiries: 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Who else handles your data

• Cloudflare hosts this website and the database where form submissions are stored. As part of delivering and securing the site, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as your IP address. Its servers may be outside your country. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Drive hosts the download files. When you click "Download", your browser connects to Google, and Google's privacy policy applies there.
• LinkedIn and email links take you to those services, whose own policies apply.

I never sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and I don't use it for advertising.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to:

• see the data I hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it,
• stop update emails (withdraw consent), or object to how I use it.

Email hiraa.nachwani@gmail.com from the address you used, and I'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK, or the authority in your EU country).

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in a private database that only I can access. The site uses strict browser security settings that block other sites and scripts from interfering with it.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your data, I'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
